The Olympic legacy
The emerging Olympic Park, to the south around Stratford, is already recognised for the positive impact it will have on surrounding Boroughs. In addition, millions of pounds of investment will be injected into the area as part of the Stratford City development led by Westfield, with new housing and commercial projects already well underway. With Stratford only 12 minutes by rail from Tottenham Hale, the benefits of the ULV’s position are clear – marking the ULV out as a key beneficiary of the London 2012 legacy – London’s next big project.
